The Microwave Theory and Techniques Society sponsors, co-sponsors, technically sponsors, and cooperatively sponsors approximately 45 national and international symposia, conferences, and workshops of interest to MTT-S members.

The Society's premier conference, the International Microwave Symposium, for 2009 will held in Boston, MA on June 7-12, 2009. The Conference features a large trade show as well as a wide variety of technical papers and workshops. Co-located with the IMS are the annual ARFTG Symposium and RFIC Symposium.       • The IEEE Conference Workshop is available year-round as an information resource for conference organizers. The content of sections on Conference Business, Banking, and Insurance have been recently updated. The workshop consists of web-based presentations and includes a Question & Answer section (Q&A) that allows conference organizers to submit questions on the various workshop topics covered. Q&A interaction is not real-time; however, answers to submitted questions are posted to the online workshop on a scheduled and timely basis.
