The IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium 2010 (IMS2010) will be held in Anaheim, CA, Sunday, May 23 through Friday, May 28, 2010 as the centerpiece of Microwave Week 2010 (www.ims2010.org/).

Technical papers describing original work in research, development, and application of RF and microwave theory and techniques are solicited.

On the behalf of MTT Technical Committee 17 on HF, VHF, and UHF Technology (http://www.mtt.org/committees/mtt-17), we encourage you to submit articles describing original work in the technology area of HF/VHF/UHF, covering active and passive components, systems, applications, techniques and RF phenomena pertinent to frequency ranges 1 GHz and below.

Since 1997, the MTT IMS has included a session on HF, VHF, and UHF Technology.

These sessions have been some of the best attended and have included papers on

HF communication, broadcasting, HF over-the-horizon radar, land-mobile communication, base stations, military communication, MRI, RF heating, RF ID and IF techniques.

Detailed information on the conference and submission process is available in the links provided above.  Our session will run in Technical Area "Active Component Focus. #18 HF/VHF/UHF Technologies and Applications".

Please direct questions on the HF/VHF/UHF session to our committee.

Hope to see you in Anaheim in May 2010.
