MTT-13 proposed and organized this workshop on the Friday of Microwave Week 2017 in Honolulu, HI. The workshop covered next-generation miniature and integrated high-Q resonators and technologies that aim to address future explosive growth in the numbers and types of filters required for modern wireless systems. Covered topics included microresonators, novel materials and fabrication techniques, and switched and tunable acoustic filters. More information is available at www.ims2017.org.
