Biography
Andreas Ziroff received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ulm in 2007. He joined Siemens Corporate Technology in 2004 and worked in the Radio Frequency Technologies Group in several different roles including circuit and systems design, project management and technology portfolio planning and has been contributing to four major product developments
Since 2014 he is heading the Research Group and which has a focus on Radio Frequency sensors and systems today and acts as internal partner for applied R&D within Siemens.
His research activities and interests include micro-wave and mm-Wave transceiver architectures with a focus on SMT-compatible realisations,. He is (co-) inventor of more than 50 invention disclosures.
