Mission Statement
Almost all physical devices can be represented by some equivalent networks. It is the mission of IEEE MTT-5 Filters Technical Committee to evaluate new developments in the synthesis and analysis of passive and active elements that are interconnected to realize a specified transfer function. This committee reviews papers submitted for publication and provides member contributions to technical publications, books, and MTT-S Newsletters. The committee also organizes workshops, edits special issues of the MTT-S Transactions, and maintains a website.
